Personal Engineering & Instrumentation News is an electronic version of
the monthly print publication of the same title dedicated to scientists
and engineers who use personal computers as technical productivity aids.
The magazine is available free to qualified subscribers in the USA and
also by subscription.  Current and back issues are available as PDF files.

Established in 1984, PE&IN is a qualified and paid subscription sent to
engineers, scientists and other technical professionals who use personal
computers as productivity enhancements. The publisher guarantees that each
month at least 50,000 copies are printed and distributed to individuals
actively involved in selecting or using personal-computer-based
engineering tools. 

Personal Engineering readers come from a wide variety of industrial,
professional and educational areas. The majority are electronic, computer
or design engineers, and engineering managers actively using
